About me
Hello there,
My name is Chris, and I am a 25-year-old from Germany. I am a father and a husband and on the search to live a fulfilled life.
My Background
I was born and raised in the charming city of Lüneburg, near Hamburg. My childhood was wonderful, but around the age of 13 or 14, I faced an internal struggle. I was always average, never the best, and my self-confidence suffered because of it. This realization sparked a desire for change.
My Journey
At 16, I embarked on a journey of self-improvement. I committed to the gym, training 3-5 times a week, and optimized my nutrition for the best results. While my friends went out drinking and partying (a common pastime in Germany where beer is legal at 16), I stayed home, resting for my next workout.
Despite my dedication, I wasn’t seeing the growth I desired. It dawned on me that while I was training my body, I was neglecting my mind.
Determined to change, I delved into self-development. I read books like “Think and Grow Rich,” listened to fitness and health podcasts, and watched classic bodybuilding videos from legends like Ronnie Coleman, Dexter Jackson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Phil Heath, and Jay Cutler. I applied their advice and protocols, transforming both mentally and physically.
Today
Over the last eight years, I gained 20-25 kg of muscle mass despite not having the best genetics. This journey significantly boosted my self-confidence, teaching me that confidence is key to achieving anything. Believing in yourself can shift the universe in your favor.
Today, my passions extend beyond bodybuilding and health. I’m fascinated by mental mastery, self-confidence, and discipline—qualities that have shaped my journey. I also enjoy good food, great company, and a drink with friends and family around the fire pit. I’m a Star Wars enthusiast and love tackling complex challenges.
My Vision
My goal is to help you grow beyond your limitations and build a resilient mindset just as I did. Remember, you have to “Believe to Achieve.”
